Information For Readers

University of Groningen Press is an open access publisher of academic journals . Since April 2019, UGP also publishes books and series. These publications are published open access, usually in PDF format, some books also have an Epub format available.

A few of our books  have a hardcover version available via Uitgeverij Kleine Uil and all regular (internet) bookshops. For these books we also offer a Printing on demand option.

There are two categories of publications:

• Inaugural lectures.
